Lou Carloni is the President and
Founder of SMBC Incorporated, a professional firm
committed to effectively serving the training
and consulting needs of businesses and organizations,
enabling them to achieve a superior position in
their market.
Mr. Carloni has served as chief of SMBC for twelve
years. Prior to that he served seven years in
private industry in operations management, sales
management, and administration. He has also served
for four years in international affairs with the
United Nations in New York. Mr. Carloni attended
Ohio State University for his Bachelors Degree
in Industrial Psychology, and Ohio University
for his Masters Degree, also in Industrial Psychology.
He has served as Chair of the Business Education
Committee for the Greater Baltimore Committee
from 1990 to 2002.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors
for the Chesapeake Human Resources Association
(1997 to the present). He also serves as facilitator
for the Greater Baltimore Technology Council's
BioTech Roundtable (2003 to the present).
