Vicki Hess is a catalyst for changing
habits. She brings substantial training know-how
as well as hands on business and healthcare experience
to her projects. Vicki's expertise includes creative
keynote presentations for meetings and retreats
and thoughtful training initiatives for creating
lasting change in companies.
Vicki creates and delivers interactive workshops
and presentations on topics such as customer service,
team building, and management development. She
also provides multi-media, motivational, key-note
presentations for associations and organizations.
In addition to over 20 years of work experience,
Vicki is a registered nurse and holds a masters
degree from Towson University in Human Resource
Development. Vicki has positively influenced employees
and managers in associations, corporations and
non-profit organizations nationwide. Through her
interactive presentation style, Vicki provides
new ideas and insights and acts as a catalyst
for workforce development.
Vicki is also an adjunct professor in the graduate
school of business at The Johns Hopkins University
and she sits on the Professional Development Committee
for the Chesapeake Human Resources Association.
Vicki is a member of the Greater Baltimore Tech
Council and the National Speakers Association.
