Megan brings expertise in human capital strategy, leader development and executive coaching, organization development, and HR stratefy implementation. With over 20 years of experience in the global financial services industry and a background in Organization Development, Talent Management, and Learning and Development, she has sharpened her business acument while serving as a consultant, coach, trusted advisor, and leader within the organizations in which she has worked.

consultant and led the global Talent, Learning, and OD functions within HR. She has consulted with executive and senior leaders during strategic initiatives and large-scale transformations, requiring a critical lens of the organization structure, systems, leadership and talent needed for change to occur. Megan has also partnered with senior and high potential leaders to drive results by honing critical skills in effective leadership, communication, strategic thinking, performance management and change leadership during pivotal times in professional and organizational change.

Megan is often described as direct, yet empathetic and authentic, with a pragmatic approach towards working with business leaders to develop new approaches to thinking to solve business problems and achieve goals. Powerful questioning, exploration and accountability are critical to this approach.

Coaching senior and high potential leaders during career transition and amid organizational change, she has observed the impact of coaching on achieving objectives and outcomes, both personal and professional.

Professional Experience

Prior to launching a consulting and coaching business, Megan spent the first part of her career on the business side within financialservices. She transitioned to Human Resources and in time became the Managing Director of People and Organizational Effectiveness for a global asset management company, leading the talent and succession management strategy, assessment and high potential talent development, and learning and development. She is also a skilled facilitator of management and leadership development programs.
