    You will be qualified to offer and debrief Everyday DiSC assessments in individual and group settings and to facilitate Everything DiSC workshops.
  • What is the difference in qualification through Swan Consulting Group, Inc and Wiley’s Certification program?"
    Swan Consulting Group, Inc. is an authorized partner of Wiley products. Qualification through Swan Consulting Group, Inc. prepares you to offer and debrief Everyday DiSC profile assessments and to facilitate Everything DiSC workshops. At the end of this 8-hour training you will have a certificate through Swan Consultinig Group, and be qualified to become a user of the Everything DiSC suite of instruments. You will need to purchase a sub-account in order to generate and administer the DiSC suite of assessments.
  • Is Wiley certification required for me to use Everything DiSC?
    No, certification is not required. To offer and run Everything DiSC products, facilitators are encouraged to become trained/qualified through an authorized partner of Wiley or become certified through Wiley.
  • What does Wiley’s certification entail?
    Wiley offers a classroom- based and online certification training. The Everything DiSC Online Certification consists of a four-module program that takes place over four weeks. You will complete one module per week and take a final exam at the end. Upon successful completion of this online workshop, you will be an Everything DiSC® Certified Trainer - Workplace Specialization. The cost for the online certification training program is $3,690.00. Wiley’s classroom-based training program is held in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservations and travel expenses. The cost for the classroom-based certification training program is $3,690.00. Our referral is required.
  • What is a sub-account?
    Also known as an EPIC sub-account. EPIC is an online platform that gives you and your designated personnel administrative control and 24/7 access to profiles and reports. This is your private account allowing you to manage and store reports, organize by organization or departments, send invitations, set deadlines and reminders, and generate group reports from completed assessments.
  • Do I need a sub-account?
    If you need convenient access to profiles, report results, and group data or need to manage the distribution of profiles and reports across organizations or departments, then we recommend purchasing an EPIC sub-account.
  • What is Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitation Kit?
    Think of it as a classroom on a thumb-drive. The Facilitator Kit contains all the tools you will need to successfully host an Everything DiSC workshop. The kit contains fully scripted training plans, handouts, and ppt slides with integrated video clips demonstrating workplace scenarios. You can purchase the kit when you sign up for one of our DiSC training sessions or as a stand-alone product. The stand-alone price is $1195.00.
  • What is MyEverythingDiSC?
    MyEverythingDiSC is an online portal that enables those who completed a DiSC profile to access their profile and discover more about their DiSC style as well as gaining strategies for working and communicating with other styles. Each learner must set up their own myeverythingdisc.com account.
  • Can I bring Everything DiSC to my area?

  • What is your refund policy?
    Event Cancellation by Swan Consulting Swan reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If Swan cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the rescheduled event date. Registration Cancellation by Participant The deadline to receive a refund for an individual registration is 3 business days before the event. Refunds are subject to an $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Refund requests must be received in writing by the stated cancellation deadline. Refund requests can only be made by the attendee or credit card holder. It can take up to two weeks to receive a refund once it has been processed.
