Ms. Kmetyk provides training services in the areas of leadership development, performance management, team implementation, and effective human resource practices.  Ms. Kmetyk has over 25 years of training and human resources experience in manufacturing and service organizations.  Her experience includes targeted employee recruitment, leadership training, team facilitation, human resources management, and project management.  Ms. Kmetyk’s clients include Anheuser Busch, Inc., Emergency Medicine Associates, General Motors Powertrain Division, ITT Advanced Engineering and Sciences, The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory and Minnesota Sports and Entertainment.

Ms. Kmetyk’s previous positions include Director of Human Resources for GPS Technologies, Manager of Human Resources for Sweetheart Cup Corporation, Employee Relations Manager for The Ward Machinery Company and Service Center Supervisor, Bell of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Kmetyk holds an M.S. in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science granted by Chatham College.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
