Paulette Rao is an executive coach, consultant, and trainer. Paulette helps leaders in organizations to enhance their individual performance, their team’s performance, and their company’s performance. She works with both senior and emerging leaders to create positive and profitable change. Paulette is also a senior trainer for Results Coaching Systems where she designs and delivers high impact programs to embed coaching skills in organizational leaders. She has expertise in a brain-based coaching approach that helps leaders transform the way they think, communicate, manage, and lead. Paulette partners with leaders to develop and hone the skills they need to advance their careers, improve the performance of others, and reach company objectives.
Paulette has particular expertise in coaching leaders to gain greater confidence, presence and leadership skills needed to lead and thrive. Paulette coached herself to a leadership
position. She worked her way up the ranks from sales professional to senior executive during her 28 years in corporate America. As managing director for Marsh, the world’s largest risk services firm, she ran the Northeast division and was responsible for overall profitability of a dozen sales and service offices representing over twenty million in revenue.
